Please provide your own 1” diameter 3-ring binder for your pre-assembly materials.

Send white and yellow copies to synod; retain pink copy for your records. Pre-Assembly Reports will be mailed in April. People registering after March 21st will not be sent a Pre-Assembly Report except by personal request. Copies will be available at assembly.

REFUND POLICY: If requested by March 21st—full amount less $10 handling and materials charge. After March 21st—determined on
